Kahoot! alternatives: your questions

What is a free alternative to Kahoot! for work?

For a team meeting, Top Answers runs a survey game show on everyone’s phone (up to 8 players free, 24 with the host’s At Yours Plus), and Who Said That? and This or That are quick icebreakers for small groups. For a classic quiz, put one of our trivia packs on the meeting-room screen in TV mode and let teams answer aloud. Guests need no account or app.

Can we play trivia on a TV or shared screen?

Yes. Choose “Host on a TV”, press Full screen, and run it from a laptop connected to the TV or the TV’s own web browser. Each question shows four answers in big type; teams answer aloud or on paper, and you reveal the answer together. On a video call, share that window.

What’s free, and what does At Yours Plus add?

Free: round 1 of each trivia pack (10 questions), a complete three-board Top Answers game for up to 8, 3 rounds of Who Said That?, 6 rounds of This or That and up to 30 printable bingo cards. At Yours Plus, at US$4.99/month or US$29/year for the host, adds the other five rounds of every pack and the TV team scoreboard, Top Answers rooms for 24, longer icebreakers and up to 200 bingo cards. Guests never pay.

Can I use my own questions?

Partly. With At Yours Plus, the host can make their own Top Answers boards, and the bingo card maker takes your own words for free. Our trivia packs are ready-made, so if writing a full quiz is the point, a quiz builder such as Kahoot! suits you better.

Does it work for a class or a club?

Yes, for a lesson break, a club night or a youth group: one host’s At Yours Plus covers everyone, with no separate educator licence, and players join with a nickname instead of an account. We don’t grade answers or keep reports, so for assessment a classroom quiz tool is the better fit.

Is At Yours connected to Kahoot!?

No. Kahoot! is a trademark of its owner; At Yours is not affiliated with it or endorsed by it.
