Forecast your next few moves
Forecast challenge shows the current dice and the next two turns. Every third turn brings rain to one named row, watering every plant in that row after your move. Plant before the rain arrives and save a later watering action.
You have two wild-row tokens for the entire game. Spend one to use any row with the current seed die. A challenge goal adds points for a particular arrangement, such as three watered edge flowers or a connected carrot patch. Share the same code and map to compare gardens with identical rolls, weather and goals. Boards do not connect live.
Prefer Classic dice?
Choose Classic dice to discover each roll as it arrives. Assign one die to your row and the other to your plant. Plant or water once per turn, then roll again. Classic mode has no forecast rain, goal bonus or wild-row tokens.
- Roll and compare both dice assignments.
- Use the row die to choose where to act.
- Plant a piece or water one already placed.
- Repeat for 12 turns, then review your scored garden.
There is no need to rush. Use the manual dice controls if your group is sharing real dice.
Which plants earn points?
- A watered flower earns 2 points.
- A watered carrot earns 3 points when it has a neighbouring carrot.
- A watered tree earns 4 points when it has space from other trees.
- Mixing watered plant types in a row can earn a 2-point bonus.
Only watered plants earn their plant points. A plot full of dry pieces can score less than a smaller garden you finished. Check the on-screen scoring guidance. Aim for 18, or try to beat your own previous score.
A strategy for your first garden
Before placing a carrot, look for a possible neighbour. Before planting another tree, check its spacing. If several dry plants are waiting, consider whether watering now earns more than adding another piece.
Leave room for the dice to change your plans. You cannot guarantee which row appears next. Use the first game to learn the choices, then try a different arrangement.
